Dr. Nicole Strong is an accomplished academic leader and program strategist with over a decade of experience in higher education, specializing in curriculum development, instructional design, and program evaluation. She has a proven track record of designing and implementing scalable, high-impact learning experiences across online and hybrid environments, with a strong emphasis on quality, compliance, and student success.
As a Chief Program Officer and academic leader, Dr. Strong has led the development of comprehensive STEM curricula and modular learning frameworks that support diverse learners and institutional goals. Her expertise includes aligning curriculum with accreditation standards, developing assessment strategies to measure learning outcomes, and driving continuous program improvement through data-informed decision-making.
Dr. Strong has held instructional and leadership roles at multiple institutions, including South Carolina State University and Western Governors University, where she has contributed to course development, faculty mentoring, and student success initiatives. She is highly skilled in learning management systems such as Canvas, Blackboard, D2L, and Moodle, and is committed to enhancing instructional quality through faculty training and program oversight.
In addition to her academic leadership, Dr. Strong has served as a subject matter expert in biological sciences, contributing to assessment design and validation processes. She holds a PhD in Biological Sciences from Clark Atlanta University and has published research in peer-reviewed journals.

DR. ROBBIE L. WALKER
Chief Information Technology Officer / Creative Director
Dr. Robbie L. Walker is an astute technical leader with 15+ years of experience in software development, systems integration, and technical support. Dr. Robbie L. Walker has hands-on experience in the development and design of websites, database warehouses, and provides a plethora of knowledge with relation to the various stages of research, development, fabrication, and evaluation of information technology systems. Dr. Robbie L. Walker has managed cross-functional teams, delivered innovative solutions, mentored talent in agile environments, and has the ability to streamline processes and drive project objectives with precision.
Dr. Robbie L. Walker received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Mechanical Engineering from South Carolina State University; and a Master of Business Administration in Information Technology Management from Florida Institute of Technology. Dr. Walker also received dual degrees: Doctor of Philosophy in Engineering Management and Master of Philosophy from Walden University.
Dr. Robbie L. Walker earned certifications including Apple Mobile Certified, iOS, iLife, iWork, Final Cut Pro X, and Logic Pro X; Google Cloud Onboard (multiple years); and IT Security: Defense against the digital dark arts by Google. Dr. Robbie L. Walker’s ongoing commitment to professional development is demonstrated by earning over 40 credit hours in cybersecurity training.
